Ayudha Pooja
Got over with Ayudha Pooja on the 21st Thursday. Had the pooja at around 5:00 PM. Sweets distributed. Friday was off and back to work on Saturday.
This week saw two offers.But at the same time - lost out on 4 positions with my key client in the last two week period. That hurts.
Need a system in place whereby all interviewees are ensured that they attend the interviews once confirmed.

I know - why not ensure interviewees attend their interviews by forcing them at gunpoint, or better yet, give them a choice between attending the interview or working for you. I know which choice I'd make.
